Since the changes in dA making news postings as journals, my main journal entry which was containing the stock rules had been replaced by a (more recent) news posting. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Stock Usage Rules</u>
#1: If you do not like following the rules simply do not download stocks from this account.
#2: This stock is to be used by DeviantArt members only! If you need to use it elsewhere send me a note and we'll probably work something out.
#3: When you use stocks from this account you must always credit me in the artist notes by putting either :dev frozenstocks:, :icon frozenstocks: or :dev frozenstarro: or :icon frozenstarro: (no spaces) and you have to either note or comment on the page with a link to your work!
#4: You may not claim any of the items in this gallery as your own on DeviantArt or elsewhere. I'm the one taking the photographs, manipulating or cropping them out for you to use.
#5: You may not redistribute any of the items in this stock. If anyone needs to use a stock piece, link them to this page. It's as simple as that.
#6: Derivative stock on DeviantArt is strictly forbidden without my permission. Send me a note and we'll work something out.

**) If you need to use my resources to create derivative stock for sale (please note this includes only the brushes and textures), on sites such as Renderosity, you may do so if I get credited in the ReadMe file and I can have a copy of the product. I spend a lot on such artist resources so if you use it I'd like to have a copy.
#8: You may post the artwork done with my stock on your personal pages (website, blog, myspace,flickr,etc.).
#9: If you'd be so kind as to send a high-resolution file of the piece for my stock usage collection, I'd be forever grateful. I keep a photo album of my best stock usage.
#10: Don't use my stock for horse manips. If you MUST, do it only on DeviantArt and not on sites such as ponybox.

2020 - Year in Review
Here's a small selection of some of my favorite artworks done with my stock this past year and I am truly grateful for the thousands of messages I've got about my stock use despite my mostly free and unrestricted stock available. It warms my heart to know what I do helps you artists out there and that you appreciate me as much as I appreciate seeing every single new artwork sent to my inbox. I know I haven't been especially active this year but between COVID, my former work and moving to UK it's been a lot to take in. All I can promise is to try to create and submit more stock things in the coming year. Year in review 2019
As usual I'm going to start by saying I love sharing stock with the community that's helped me grow so much as an artist and provided quality stock throughout the years for me to use as an artist. It is why I started creating stock of all kinds both for my personal use needs and because I wanted to share my creations with you, other artists on this platform! Later, after becoming a professional myself I understood the importance of unrestricted stock to be used on off-site, commercial projects, so I started sharing a huge portion of my stock as UNRESTRICTED in the hopes it helps you with your paid projects.

New stocks at long last!
I know it's been long overdue, but I'm still catching up on both this stock account and my art account FrozenStarART (https://www.deviantart.com/frozenstarart) I have posted a handful of new backgrounds, PNGs and textures that will hopefully tide you over until I sort and edit the rest of the stocks I've been stashing away on my external drive for the past 2 years?!!

Let's talk about Pixabay. My experience
For anyone who hasn't found about Pixabay it's a free stock photography database that's been garnering attention lately. I wasn't aware of its existence as for my art I either create it all from scratch myself or use paid stock from Fotolia or Shutterstock to avoid restrictions. I was introduced to Pixabay by a friend who praised it for the quality, variety and ease of access, actually called it 'best stock website' since the late sxc.hu. I loved and used sxc stocks frequently in my art in the early days, so Pixabay seemed like a blessing when I heard of it.

Just wanted to ask you though, I'm doing book covers for users on Wattpad not published one as ebook or paperback. The book cover is only for Wattpad stories, so, can I use your stock for that? And the requester of the book cover will pay me through points, so, can I use your stock for Wattpad book cover?
